Game Odyssey is an online games company operating on Facebook, its own portal platform and extends to Android and iOS devices.
As the lead developer I was responsible for several of their games, developing their platform API and website.
I project managed and lead teams of developers and designers, both face to face and offshore.
The platform and five games have been successfully launched and there is currently heavy marketing investment under-way.
I helped develop and maintain several modules for Waitrose's employee training system.
Mostly the work is consultation and development work of special interactive aspects of the training system.
For instance, drag-and-drop and time-based mini-games. Also multiple/single choice questions have been developed make the training process more interesting and engaging.
Complete production of an animated DVD entertainment package including its e-commerce website. This was a fairly large project and is now successfully running and seeing a return.
The product is for fund-raising or entertainment events. Animated snails race against each other at high speed. The snails may start shooting and throwing bombs at each other, may be randomly squashed, and at one point there's even UFO abductions! There are penguin and moped granny options too!

This small utility 'wraps' the mouse cursor around the edges of the desktop screen. Basically if the cursor touches the edge of the screen then it will snap to the opposite side of the screen. This can save time in large resolution screens.
I developed in my spare time during college days in 2002, and through donations it has kept going until the present day. It has been reviewed by a variety of magazines over the years. Recently there have been more donations than normal and so I am considering some further developments to it.
